Winter punch for children

Ingredients:
- Hot tea (e.g. a fruit tea)
- Orange juice (freshly-squeezed or store-bought)
- Lemon juice (freshly-squeezed or store-bought)
Here's how:
Prepare the tea following the manufacturer's directions and leave it to cool slightly. Add the orange juice and flavor with fresh lemon juice.
Tip: When served chilled, the punch is also tasty as a fruity refreshing drink in the summer!
Sweet raspberry milk

Ingredients:
- Milk
- strained mashed raspberries
- a little raspberry syrup
Here's how:
Mix the milk and the raspberry puree (if possible with the seeds removed). If you like it a little sweeter, add a shot of raspberry syrup. The more fruit or syrup you use, the more vibrant the color will be.
Fruity Lemonade

- Water
- Lemon juice (freshly-squeezed or store-bought)
- Lemon slices
- Mint leaves to taste
Here's how:
Just mix the water with the lemon juice and garnish with mint leaves and lemon slices. On hot summer days, lemonade will refresh children and adults alike!
Exotic pineapple iced tea

Ingredients:
- Pineapple juice (freshly-squeezed or store-bought)
- fresh pineapple
- brewed, cold mint tea (or any other tea you prefer)
- a little lemon juice (freshly-squeezed or store-bought)
- Mint leaves
Here's how:
Make the tea following the manufacturer's directions and leave to cool. Chop up the fresh pineapple and mix it with the pineapple juice and lemon juice. Add the fruit and juice mixture to the tea and mix everything together thoroughly. Finish with mint leaves to taste.
Creamy banana milkshake

Ingredients:
- Milk
- Bananas (the riper they are, the sweeter the shake will be)
- Lemon juice (freshly-squeezed or store-bought)
- Vanilla sugar to taste
Here's how:
Peel and chop the bananas and mix with the freshly squeezed lemon juice. Add the milk and mix with a hand blender or mixer. Flavor to taste with a little vanilla sugar or the seeds from a vanilla pod.
