Do you need play materials, decorative items or craft materials for your products or personal projects? We are specialists in wooden play materials!
Our production site in Bad Rodach in Franconia enables us to manufacture individual wooden parts and fulfill requests.
The production of wooden products is one of our core competencies.
We process exclusively beech wood from local forests and offer both color-polished as well as untreated variants. In addition, there is the option to further refine the surface using various printing techniques or embossing.

High-quality profile parts
Advantages:
We manufacture blocks, round rods and profile parts from red beech. The wood comes from sustainable forestry
We rely on an independent wood drying, to ensure optimal moisture content for further processing
Our manufacturing takes into account different geometries. The maximum profile cross-section is 80 x 65 mm
All parts are produced in-house with our tools, whose profile knives are regularly maintained
Custom turned parts

We process Red beech from sustainable forestry into balls, beads, rollers, game dice and shapes
We manufacture turned parts with diameters from 6 to 60 mm, including central bores and lengths from 3 to 85mm

The distinctive HABA look and haptics are reflected in our wide color palette. Our surface finishing emphasizes the natural wood grain and creates a visually and tactilely unique experience. We control the entire in-house manufacturing process and use high-quality surface materials, to ensure the best possible product quality. In doing so, we subject our coating materials to safety tests to the highest standards that go beyond the requirements of toy standards.
In addition, the surface treatment we use complies with current EU toy directives as well as the American standard ASTM F963 for toys. We guarantee the highest safety by testing colorants to see whether they can be dissolved by saliva or sweat and transferred to mucous membranes. With certification according to the DIN 53160 standard, we guarantee you safe toys and coatings that meet the highest safety standards.
