The HABA Play website is considered a 'service in electronic commerce' within the meaning of the Accessibility Strengthening Act. Therefore, certain accessibility requirements apply to it.

The website must

• operable(i.e. users must be able to operate the website components and the navigation),

• understandable(i.e. the information and the operation of the website must be understandable) and

• robust(i.e. the content must be robust enough to be reliably interpreted by a variety of technical aids, including assistive technologies)

Measures already implemented:

• Identification, authentication, security and payment functions designed to be perceivable, operable, understandable and robust

• Flexible adjustment of the size, brightness and contrast of visual elements

• Sufficient contrast and spacing between lines, letters and paragraphs of text

Planned measures:

• Alternatives to fine motor control for required manual operations using tab navigation

• Alternative representation of images or other non-text content using ALT texts
