Celebrate away from home!
Where shall we celebrate? Auswärts zu feiern ist meistens ein wenig teurer, schont dafür aber die Nerven der Erwachsenen. Wenn die Entscheidung einmal getroffen wurde, auswärts zu feiern, muss man sich nur noch für einen Anbieter entscheiden. Das ist manchmal gar nicht so einfach, da das Angebot sehr umfangreich.
Get out of the house: Da wären museum-educational programs, climbing events in high-ropes courses, swim parties at water parks, indoor pools, or outdoor pools, special cinema visits or other great indoor and outdoor activities. Many providers offer special birthday packages, with the birthday child of course receiving free admission or another discount.
Little preparation, work and hassle … Once you've chosen a location, you should book as early as possible so you can send the invitations in time. You should also arrange drop-off and pick-up. Other parents will surely help with that.
Advantages: The children will have an unforgettable afternoon, mom won't be too stressed and dad will be glad his stereo is still working. However, you shouldn't book events that are too big too early, otherwise there will eventually be nothing left to top!
