115 g flour
140 ml milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 pinch of salt
some butter for the pan
Fruit and other treats of your choice
Preparation:
First separate the egg whites from the yolks.

Now fold the beaten egg whites into the batter.
Put some butter in a pan and heat it.

Then add another ladle of batter to the pan, this time a bit smaller – that will be the bunny's head.
Next come two small pancakes for the feet and two elongated pancakes for the bunny ears.
When all the pancakes are golden brown, you can arrange them on a plate to form an Easter bunny.

3. Yeast dough Easter bunnies
Required ingredients:
For the yeast dough:
500 g wheat flour
1 packet dry yeast
100 g sugar
Packet vanilla sugar
1 bottle butter-vanilla flavoring
1 pinch of salt
250 ml milk
7 tbsp oil
For brushing and decorating
1 tsp milk
2 tsp pearl sugar
Almonds, halved
1 egg yolk
Preparation:
First put the flour and dry yeast into a bowl. Mix the two ingredients and add the rest, kneading everything into a smooth dough.
Now let the dough rise in a warm place until it has visibly expanded.
When the dough has risen well, knead it again on a floured work surface.
Then shape the dough into a roll and divide it into four equal pieces.
Preheat the oven to approx. 180°C (conventional/top and bottom heat).
Roll out each of the four pieces and shape it into a bunny. You can also use cookie cutters for this.
Once you've shaped your bunnies, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush them with a mixture of one egg yolk and one teaspoon of milk so they become nicely golden brown when baked.
Decorate your yeast-dough bunnies with pearl sugar and make little eyes with halved almonds.
Now the bunnies go into the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
