Hello, I'm Marc!

Today I'm taking you along on a great journey on four wheels: With our new caravan we're driving to the sea for the holidays! Mom Ines and Dad Karsten are just as excited as my best friends Colin and Tina. I'm so happy that my parents allowed them to come along. My sister Nora and I love to travel, by the way. But Nora is still a baby and therefore hasn't seen many places yet. This is her first trip with the Little-Friends caravan.

The Little-Friends family is going on holiday with the caravan

Everything that belongs in a house or an apartment fits into a caravan like that: There's a kitchen, a bathroom, beds and plenty of space for everything you need on holiday. Totally cozy! You just hitch the caravan to the car and drive off - wherever you want. Our destination is a campsite right on the beach. There, Dad Karsten will soon put out the awning and set up the deck chairs. Now the holiday can begin!

Baby Nora digs and plays

It was a long drive to the campsite. Nora could hardly wait until we finally arrived. At the beach her little eyes light up wide. You can do so many great things with sand! Whether filling the bucket up to the top so it overflows and tips over, or leaving funny swirl tracks on it with the wheels of the handcart … that's fun!

Tina is relaxed on the beach

Tina also wants to go straight to the beach. Phew, it's so hot here! She grabs one of our sunny yellow deckchairs. In this heat she first wants to do nothing but relax. She always has her blue beach bag with her. From it she has already taken out her soft favorite beach towel. That way she can make herself comfortable on the sand – and her new orange polka-dot skirt, which she bought especially for our holiday, stays clean.

Colin is a real water-lover

Colin doesn't like to rest; he'd rather be on the move all the time. Above all, he loves the waves. After all, you can ride them wonderfully! His little seahorse has been in his bag for ages. And since his holiday during the last summer break he has handled the surfboard like no one else in our class. Of course he has his board with him this time too. Wow, I'd love to be able to keep my balance on the water like he does!

Colin and I both like sports with lots of speed and action. But I prefer being on wheels and solid ground. Dad Karsten told me that there are great ramps here at the campsite. No question, my skateboard absolutely had to come along! I remember when I managed my first jump without falling. Mom Ines was so proud. But she insists that I always wear my helmet when I do it. It goes wonderfully with the red wheels! So I practice cool new jumps all afternoon.

Leika the dog watches over the campsite. She has two very cute puppies. The two little rascals love it when someone throws their frisbees and they can dash after them quickly. But you shouldn't overdo the sport! Because they're still so small, they need to rest regularly. For that they have their orange dog basket, which both of them can fit into at the same time. Then they always snuggle into their blue fluffy blanket and take an afternoon nap on the beach.

Sleeping with tent and campfire

Unlike the puppies, we children didn't sleep in the afternoon. But now in the evening we're even more tired for it! In our new Little Friends caravan there are beds too, but camping definitely also means sleeping under the open sky, don't you think? That's why we also brought a yellow tent. In front of it, Dad Karsten lit a warming campfire. Now we can make ourselves comfortable in the sleeping bags. The rest of us are going to join them in a moment. These are really great holidays!
