How do I return an item?
At HABA you buy on trial, i.e. you can return delivered goods free of charge and without risk within 4 weeks of receipt without giving reasons. Note: Items bought as part of a set cannot be returned individually by component; they can only be returned as the complete set.
Returning items to HABA is that easy
Preferably in the original packaging (otherwise maximum 60 x 60 x 120 cm, maximum 31.5 kg)
Please include the return form with the completed return reasons in the package. Let us know what we can improve!
Attach the HABA return label visibly to the package. This makes the return free of charge for you!
Please keep the shipping receipt in case the package is ever lost.
